What Actually Affects Your Quote

These four factors account for almost all variation between a basic and premium quote.

Number of Cameras

Each additional camera requires an operator and cabling. A single-camera stream and a four-camera production are genuinely different crew sizes — the largest single variable in most quotes.

Coverage Duration

A 2-hour ceremony and a 10-hour wedding day are different crew commitments at the same camera count. Longer events also need more contingency planning built in.

Number of Platforms

Streaming to YouTube alone is our baseline. Adding Facebook, Instagram, or private RTMP adds a small cost per platform for encoder configuration and stream monitoring.

Venue Location

Events within Rajkot are our base rate. Out-of-city venues in Gujarat and Saurashtra incur travel costs — quoted transparently and agreed before booking, not added to the invoice afterward.

Are there any hidden charges?

No. Every charge is listed in the written quote before you confirm anything. Travel for out-of-city venues and any extra platforms are discussed and agreed in writing before we book the crew.

Do you require an advance payment?

50% of the quoted total is required to lock in your booking date. Until the advance is received the date remains available to other clients. The remaining 50% is due on the day of the event before we begin setup.

Can I customize a package?

Yes, and most bookings involve some customisation. The packages listed are starting points. Tell us what your event needs and we quote for that rather than forcing it into a tier that does not fit.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI, NEFT or RTGS bank transfer, and cash. For corporate clients who need a GST invoice, we provide one on request — mention this when you enquire so we have the right billing details from the start.

Is there a discount for multiple events?

Yes. Multi-day wedding bookings are priced at a lower per-day rate since the crew setup is shared across days. Temples booking recurring weekly or monthly streams also benefit from a standing-agreement rate.
